Who can fix this?

For a unique photo experiment with IR-photography I need a water resistent, 'hooligan-proof' camera housing with connections to tripod, flash and extrenal battery. I once bought a small housing which is unable to fit my DSLR (se picture). i am willing to pay a good prize and offer eternal fame!

And I need it fast...
